-Fixed mana drain for telekinesis and levitation. The moveable block does not drain mana when levitated.

-Changed collisions logic for serpent and wyvern. Hopefully this works better.

-Dropping the moveable block on your head now destroys the block and damages you. (Ambrosia may also scold you)

-Added mana penalty for hitting enemies while levitating them.
