Iron Queen mostly done.
-Added two new abilities.
-Iron Queen's orbs now do damage.
-Added a targeting laser to warn of the actual laser.
-Added Iron Queen teleporting sprites.
Known issue: Iron Queen sometimes get stuck in the middle of her teleporting animation for some reason.
